The simple version: turn up, shoot, pay at the end. Here’s the slightly longer version.
THE SYSTEM
What’s a digital clay system?
At each stand there’s a card reader. Tap in, shoot however many clays you want, and the machine keeps count.
When you’re done, head to the cabin and we’ll tally everything up. You pay for exactly what you shoot. Not a clay more, not a clay less.
Why does this beat a fixed package? No pressure to use up a pre-paid fifty. No disappointment at running out at twenty-five. Shoot five if you fancy. Shoot two hundred if you’re on form.
WHAT TO BRING
Yourself, and not much else.
Something warm and waterproof if the weather looks iffy. Flat shoes — the ground is real, not laid.
We’ve got a couple of shotguns, plus ear and eye protection, you can borrow when they’re free — ring ahead if you want to be sure. Cartridges and drinks are on site, so there’s no need to pack them.
FIRST TIME?
Here’s how it goes.
Drive up Dib Road and turn into the gravel car park — plenty of spaces. Head into the cabin and one of us will say hello.
We’ll run through the forms in the cabin and give you a short safety briefing. Then we’ll head out to the stand, show you how the card reader works, and run through the basics if you’ve not shot before.
After that it’s your session. Shoot at your own pace. Ask questions when you want. When you’re ready to stop, head back to the cabin and settle up.
